A former Taliban leader in Afghanistan has reportedly been recruiting fighters for the Islamic State terrorist group in the south of Afghanistan, reports the Khaama Press (Afghanistan).
Representatives of Mullah Abdul Rauf have been recruiting for the Islamic State, or ISIS, in Helmand province, according to Afghan military officials.
