A former vice president in Iran has been given a 63-year prison sentence for misuse of public funds, reports Iran's semi-official ISNA news agency.
Hamid Baghaei has 20 days to appeal the sentence, which was released Tuesday. He calls the charges baseless, noted Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty.
Baghaei was arrested in June 2015 and released pending trial in July 2017.
