Kazakhstan and Pakistan have a new agreement that will permit Kazakh troops to attend post-graduate studies in Pakistan, reports Interfax-AVN (Russia).
The agreement was formalized last week during a visit to Astana, the Kazakh capital, by Pakistani Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
At least 10 Kazakh officers will travel to Pakistan for their studies annually, Kazakh Defense Minister Talgat Mukhtarov said on Friday.
