Omaha Littoral Ship Launched In Mobile

Austal USA has launched another Independence-class littoral combat ship for the U.S. Navy, reports the Naval Sea Systems Command.
On Nov. 19, the future Omaha (LCS-12) was rolled out of her assembly bay onto a barge for transfer down the Mobile River to a floating drydock at the BAE Shipyard.
