Official Paper Charges Poland, Germany With Plotting Coup

The state-controlled media in Belarus have accused the Polish and German intelligence agencies of seeking to overthrow President Alexander Lukashenko by organizing December mass protests against his reelection, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty reports.

Lukashenko's re-election sparked massive protests that led to hundreds of arrests. Four opposition candidates remain in custody, reported Reuters.
