Officer In Security Command Alleged To Have Leaked Classified Data To China

A South Korean navy officer has been arrested for allegedly supplying military secrets to China, says the Defense Ministry, as reported by the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).

An unidentified lieutenant commander in the Defense Security Command, which is responsible for counterintelligence, is suspected of handing over classified materials in return for money, said military sources.

The South Korean officer was apparently turned by a Chinese agent while studying in China from 2009...
