Gen. Ray Odierno, the top U.S. general in Iraq, is expected to rotate out of the country at the end of the summer, two senior military officials told Fox News.
Odierno has served in his current position for the past three years. The departure would coincide with the planned withdrawal of U.S. combat troops, said the officials.
