Nuclear Test Not Welcomed By China

A top Chinese official has made comments that seem to urge North Korea not to carry out a nuclear test, Reuters reports.

North Korea is widely believed to be almost done with preparations for a third nuclear test. Previous tests were held in 2006 and 2009.
