Burma is using natural gas revenue to fund a secret nuclear weapons program, Agence France-Presse reports, citing a report from a Paris-based human-rights group.
The Yadan gas pipeline, run by Chevron, Total and Thai firm PTTEP, has generated $9 billion since 1998, with more than half going to the military junta, according to the report released by EarthRights International.
