The Russian Northern Fleet has begun a series of drills in the Barents Sea that had been postponed, reports Interfax-AVN.
Originally scheduled for last week, the exercises were delayed due to weather and technical issues.
The training is set to include missile launches from ship- and land-based systems, including Granit, Vulkan, Moskit, Termit and Progress cruise missiles.
Naval artillery and torpedo attacks are also scheduled, along with anti-submarine warfare exercises. ...
