Israeli naval commandos say they have intercepted a Liberian-flagged ship on Sunday suspected of carrying arms in the Mediterranean Sea, reports Ha'aretz (Israel).
No weapons were found, said military officials.
The German ship Beethoven was boarded 160 nautical miles off the northern coast of Israel with permission of the ship's captain, said officials.
