No Nuclear Test Now Planned, Says Official

A statement by a North Korean official says Pyongyang has no current plans to conduct a nuclear test, reports Bloomberg News.
The North also charged South Korea with provocation.
South Korea "seeks to rattle the nerves of the DPRK in a bid to cause it to conduct a nuclear test, though such a thing is not under plan at present," a Foreign Ministry spokesman said on the official Korean Central News Agency on Saturday.
