Niger Leader Urges Libyan Intervention; French President Say Paris Won't Act Unilaterally

President Francois Hollande has ruled out unilateral French intervention in Libya, saying there would have to be a clear United Nations mandate for such action, reports Al Arabiya (Dubai).

“We are acting to contain terrorism in the south, but France will not intervene in Libya,” Hollande said on French radio on Monday.
