New Security Strategy Gets Green Light

Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) has adopted a new security strategy, reports the Ukrainian Independent Information Agency (UNIAN).

The NSDC approved the strategy during a Wednesday meeting in Kiev.

The document outlines the priorities for national security policy; planned reforms under the association agreement with the European Union; and the Ukraine 2020 strategy for sustainable development.
