Counterproductive Canadian government policies have contributed to defense procurement delays, according to a new report cited by the Canadian Press.
The study, produced by the Conference of Defence Associations Institute and the MacDonald-Laurier Institute, provides an in-depth look at nation’s defense procurement system, which has suffered from delays, cancellations and cost overruns.
