The U.S. Marine Corps is about to revamp its re-enlistment process in an effort to be more selective, reports the Marine Corps Times.
The system that will start this summer is designed to give Marines more time to consult their families, consider their options and make an educated decision, said Maj. Gen. Angela Salinas, director of the manpower management division for the Corps.
