New Powers Needed To Counter Terrorist Threat, Says MI5 Head

Following the deadly attack on a satirical magazine in Paris and other apparent terrorist attacks last week, the head of the U.K.’s domestic intelligence agency is seeking new powers to help combat extremists, reports the Guardian (U.K.).
