Following the deadly attack on a satirical magazine in Paris and other apparent terrorist attacks last week, the head of the U.K.’s domestic intelligence agency is seeking new powers to help combat extremists, reports the Guardian (U.K.).
There are a growing number of threats against the U.K., while the intelligence services have lost some of their abilities to monitor communications, Andrew Parker said last week at MI5 headquarters.
