The U.S. Marine Corps has begun to establish electronic warfare support teams able to operate at the lowest level of combat formations, reports C4ISRNet.
The teams will be employ "electronic fires," including information operations, cyber operations, electronic warfare or other activities, Brig. Gen. Dimitri Henry, the director of intelligence for the Corps, said at a conference last month in St. Louis.
