New Intel Headquarters Planned For Operations In South

A top Thai official says the military will establish a new rear-echelon headquarters to integrate intelligence operations in the nation's troubled southern provinces, reports the Bangkok Post.
The new headquarters is scheduled to be discussed on Wednesday by representatives of the National Intelligence Agency, Internal Security Operations Command and Armed Forces Security Center, said Deputy Prime Minister Chalerm Yubamrung.
