China has successfully launched several new remote sensing satellites, reports Xinhua, China’s state-run news agency.
On Tuesday, the Yaogan-30 satellites were launched aboard a Long March-2C rocket from the Xichang Satellite Launch Center in the southwestern Sichuan province.
The satellite constellation will perform electromagnetic environment detection and related technology tests, officials said.
