New Electronic Warfare System In The Works To Protect F-15 Fighters

The U.S. Air Force has awarded Boeing, St. Louis, Mo., a contract to develop a new electronic warfare system for the F-15 Eagle fighter, reports the Dept. of Defense.
The $478.8 million deal covers the engineering and manufacturing development phase for the F-15 Eagle Passive/Active Warning and Survivability System (EPAWSS).
The award includes planning, design development, integration, testing and risk-reduction work for the EPAWSS program, said the DoD release on Nov. 3. ...
