The Chinese and Russian governments have agreed to a new defense cooperation plan, reports the Tass news agency (Moscow).
On Tuesday, Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu and his Chinese counterpart, Wei Fenghe, signed a roadmap for defense cooperation from 2021 to 2025, during a videoconference.
The virtual meeting was also attended by Russian navy chief Adm. Nikolai Yevmenov and air force chief Gen. Sergei Surovikin and their Chinese counterparts, Adm. Dong Jun and Col. Gen....
