New Air Defense Radar Unveiled

Iran has revealed a new air defense radar system on the third day of a major military drill, Reuters reports.
The head of the Revolutionary Guards' aerospace division announced on Wednesday that the Ghadir radar had been used for the first time.
The new radar can detect airborne targets, radar-evading planes, cruise and ballistic missiles and low-orbit satellites at a range of 680 miles and a height of 190 miles, said Amir Ali Hajizadeh.
