The defense ministers of the Nordic countries have signed a memorandum of understanding designed to make it easier for militaries to gain access to each other's territories during peacetime, reports the Swedish government.
The accord, which was signed in Denmark on Wednesday, is expected to improve the operational effect and quality of air, land and maritime operations.
