Commercial satellite imagery shows new construction activity at the North Korean nuclear site at Yongbyon, the Washington Post reports.
An image taken last week by U.S. firm DigitalGlobe indicates what appears to be construction or excavation around a destroyed cooling tower at the site.
The tower was demolished in 2008 during Pyongyang's now-stalled nuclear talks.
