Bell Helicopter says it has delivered the first Bell 407GT to a Nevada-based company that will operate the aircraft in the Middle East and Africa.
The Bell 407GT is the armed version of the Bell 407GX and will be used by BBM, Reno, Nev., for a variety of missions, including law enforcement and homeland security, according to Bell Helicopter release on Wednesday.
How many might be bought was unannounced, noted IHS Jane's Defence Weekly.
