A soldier who died near his home at Ford Hood, Texas, after returning from West Africa has tested negative for Ebola, reports USA Today.
Two test results were released on Tuesday by Fort Hood.
The unnamed soldier returned from Liberia earlier this month where he helped build an Ebola treatment camp and was self-monitoring for Ebola symptoms, according to a Fort Hood statement.
The soldier was on emergency leave, reported Reuters.
