The U.S. Navy is considering efforts to make its ships less stealthy in certain circumstances after two deadly collisions with civilian vessels earlier this year, reports USNI News.
Part of the problem is that the Navy is very good at disguising itself at sea, Adm. John Richardson, the chief of naval operations, told the Senate Armed Services Committee on Tuesday.
