Navy Studies Means To Bring Back At-Sea Missile Reload Capability

The U.S. Navy is looking to restore its capability to reload missiles while its warships are at sea, reports the Navy Times.

The at-sea reloading plan is at its earliest planning stages, officials said.

Such a capability has not been deemed as necessary since the fall of the Soviet Union, reducing the threat of a peer naval competitor.
