Navy Struggling To Retain SWOs

The U.S. Navy is having a hard time retaining surface warfare officers (SWOs) who fill key jobs on surface warships, reports the Navy Times.
SWOs are currently leaving the service at a much higher rate after a decade of service compared to other specialties, with female retention rates especially low, the Government Accountability Office (GAO) found in a report published last month.
