The Russian navy has indefinitely postponed its plans to relocate staff headquarters from Moscow to St. Petersburg, reports Interfax-AVN.
Rather, the service will focus on significant reforms to be finished before the end of the year, according to a navy source.
A group of staff officers who already moved to St. Petersburg earlier this year will remain there as the service's representatives, the source said.
