Navy Secretary Eyes New Fleet To Reduce Strains In Indo-Pacific

Navy Secretary Kenneth Braithwaite has announced plans to establish a new numbered fleet to focus on the border zone where the Indian and Pacific oceans meet, reports USNI News.
