The U.S. Navy says it has enacted nearly all of the changes recommended after reviews into two destroyer collisions in 2017, reports the Stars and Stripes.
Navy Secretary Richard Spencer ordered two comprehensive reviews following the collisions of the Arleigh Burke-class destroyers USS Fitzgerald and USS John S. McCain in June and August 2017, respectively.
