The Irish navy is stepping up its efforts against Colombian drug-smugglers attempting to bring cocaine into Europe via Ireland, reports the Guardian (U.K.).
Authorities report that Colombian drug cartels have been using the southwest coast of Ireland more often as a back door for bringing cocaine into Europe.
