Navy Orders Advanced Threat Warning Sensors

Northrop Grumman has announced receiving a contract to supply sensors to the U.S. Navy.
The sensors are part of the Dept. of the Navy large aircraft infrared countermeasures (DoN LAIRCM) system.
The $25.5 million early production contract covers 110 advanced threat warning (ATW) sensors and the upgrading of 200 processers for the currently fielded DoN LAIRCM system.
