Navy Looks For Surveyor Ships

The Indonesian navy is seeking bids for two undersea and surface mapping ships for military and public services, reports Antara News, Indonesia's national news agency.
The vessels are needed to maximize Indonesia's hydrographic and oceanographic data-collection activities, said Vice Adm. Marsetio, the deputy chief of the navy.
The navy's hydro-oceanography service currently is equipped with five warships, two surveyor ships and two training vessels.
