Navy Drills Underway In S. China Sea Near Vietnam

The Chinese navy is holding a week of exercises in the South China Sea, reports Reuters.

Last week, the Hainan Maritime Safety Administration announced that waters in an area roughly halfway between Sanya in Hainan province and the Vietnamese city of Hue would be closed due to drills scheduled to run from March 4 to March 15.
