The Indonesian and Australian navies are about to begin a week-long exercise along their maritime border, reports Antara News, Indonesia's national news agency.
The Kasuari Exercise is designed to improve interoperability between the two navies in the border region, said Commodore Amri Husaini, the head of Indonesia's Kupang naval base.
