Navy Commissions Baden-Wurttemberg Frigate After Years Of Delays

The German navy has commissioned its newest frigate into service, reports ThyssenKrupp Marine Systems. The Baden-Wurttemberg formally entered service in a ceremony on Monday at the naval base in Wilhelmshaven, said a release from the German Defense Ministry.  The class is designed for conflict prevention, crisis management and stabilization operations.
