The carrier-based variant of India’s Tejas light combat aircraft has successfully performed an arrested landing and takeoff from an aircraft carrier at sea, reports the Indian Ministry of Defense. On Jan. 11, the Tejas prototype landed on the carrier Vikramaditya. The following day, the aircraft successfully launched from the carrier.
