Naval Task Force Works On Anti-Piracy Skills

A Thai navy task force has just concluded three days of anti-piracy training in the Gulf of Thailand prior to a deployment to the Gulf of Aden, reports the Bangkok Post.
The patrol vessel Narathiwat and replenishment ship Similan, equipped with a pair of Bell 212 helicopters, took part in the training this week.
The ships are expected to begin counter-piracy duties on July 12 for a 140-day mission in the Gulf of Aden.
