Naval F-35C Makes Inaugural Test Flight

The naval variant of the F-35 Lightning II, also known as the Joint Strike Fighter, made its first test flight on Sunday at Naval Air Station Fort Worth Joint Reserve Base, Texas, reports Lockheed Martin, builder of the jet.
The flight lasted 57 minutes, said Lockheed officials.
