The transitional government in Sudan is renegotiating a naval base agreement with Russia, reports the Moscow Times.
On Wednesday, a spokesman for Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed that Moscow was aware of Sudan’s intention to renegotiate the accord and would deal with the issue through talks with Sudanese officials, reported RIA Novosti.
