NATO foreign ministers have decided on guidelines to transfer more security responsibilities to Afghan forces, reports the Voice of America News.
During a meeting last week in Estonia, the ministers agreed on the basic conditions that will be used to determine the timing and area to be transferred from the NATO-led International Security Assistance Force, said Secretary-General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.
