NATO Lends Hand To Navy Restoration

A NATO advisory group is currently visiting the Ukrainian port of Odessa as part of an alliance effort to reform Ukraine’s navy, reports Interfax-AVN (Russia).

The goal includes discussing the navy's model of development and establishing the parameters, content and stages of the pilot project, said the Ukrainian Defense Ministry.
