A NATO bombing run near Tripoli has killed a number of civilians, reports All Headline News.
NATO has accepted responsibility for Sunday's incident. At least 15 were killed, including children, reported AFP.
Lt. Gen. Charles Bouchard, the NATO Libyan mission commander, said a weapons system failure apparently was involved.
A Libyan government spokesman charged that NATO was deliberately targeting civilians.
