NASAMS Air Defense Systems Handed Over

Lithuania has formally taken delivery of new air defense systems following successful testing, reports the Lithuanian Ministry of Defense.
On Friday, the Norwegian manufacturer Kongsberg handed over the NASAMS systems during a ceremony at the Lithuanian military's air defense battalion.
Vilnius awarded Kongsberg a US$126 million (110 million euro) contract for two NASAMS air defense batteries, logistical support and training in October 2017.
