N. Korean Provocations Deserve ‘Ruthless’ Retaliation, Says Navy Chief

The South Korean navy chief has issued orders for decisive retaliation against any North Korean provocations near the western sea border, reports the Yonhap news agency (Seoul).
Adm. Jung Ho-Sup made his comments on Friday during a visit to sailors and marines posted on Yeonpyeong island near the Northern Limit Line, the de facto border with the North in the Yellow Sea.
