Boko Haram fighters have taken over a Nigerian military base in the northeastern town of Baga, reports Bloomberg News, citing eyewitnesses and officials.
The group raised its flag Saturday at the headquarters of the multinational joint task force (MNJTF) base following an early morning raid, said a resident.
