A multinational emergency management exercise is winding down at the Koi Tash Military Academy in Kyrgyzstan, reports the Air Force News Service.
Participating with Kyrgyz representatives in the 10-day Regional Cooperation exercise are U.S. personnel from the transit center at Manas in Kyrgyzstan and the Massachusetts National Guard, as well as troops from Afghanistan, Kazakhstan and Tajikistan.
